WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, AND HOW

We are John and Carolyn. We are native Texans who retired in 2014. Our serious RV traveling began in 2017. We typically 'hit the road' in in late spring to miss out on the Texas heat. Our travels have taken us to 49 US states, 4 Canadian provinces, and to most of the National Parks.

We purchased our 30' 2001 Airstream Classic Anniversary Edition with Slide in October, 2016 and the adventures began. To date, we have towed "The Rocketship" over 80,000 miles. It is almost a given that the first thing we hear when we arrive at a campground is "I didn't know Airstreams have slides!". It is unknown exactly how many were made but it is believed it was only 84.

Our 2025 Adventure will include a visit to family and friends in Louisiana, North Carolina, and New Hampshire before arriving in Canada. We'll be posting pictures of some of the sites we see in the "Gallery" and making some comments in the "Blog".
